Refund policy

We want you to love the fit. You have 30 days from the delivery date to start a return or exchange. For hygiene reasons, items must be unworn and unwashed, with any original tags and packaging intact. Your first size exchange is free, and we will send a prepaid return label. To start a return, email hello@ohzehn.com with your order number and whether you want a refund or an exchange. Once we receive and inspect your return, we process your refund to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or card provider. For size swaps, we ship your new size once your return is on its way back to us; your first swap is free, and additional exchanges on the same order may incur a return-shipping cost that we will confirm before you send anything back. Returns and exchanges on subscription orders follow the same rules. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within the 30-day window and we will make it right at no cost to you, including covering return shipping.
